Ferreol Marande
FOUNDING PARTNER - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ferreol is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer at ARENGY. He is a former Navy Officer and possess an active Commercial Pilot License on Helicopters.
He completed a Master's degree in Automotive, Railway and Aerospace Engineering, followed by a Master in Management. He reinforced his leadership skills by participating INSEAD’s Advanced Management Program in 2016.

As a Corporate Entrepreneur he contributed to the amazing growth of a word leader in Engineering Service for about two decades. He has developed the Aerospace Business Unit in France, lead the Railway and Space sectors in Italy, and expended activities in Aerospace Railway & Life Science in the USA. More important he has spent 9 years in the Middle East where as a CEO, he opened the offices in Dubai and Doha, built-up a strong team and successfully developed projects transforming mobility with smart solutions across the region.

Ferreol's interest in people empowerment and their carrier development has been key to build a strong and committed team. Together with his founding partner Mehdi, their mission is to offer unique opportunities of career development to our consultants and to serve company's customer with integrity, commitment and hard work.
Mehdi Cherif
FOUNDING PARTNER - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mehdi is the Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer at ARENGY.
After completing a double Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Data Analytics at the National Polytechnique Institute of Toulouse (INP ENSIACET), he started career as IT Solutions consulting for a major international consulting firm.
​
All along his career, Mehdi mastered the art of building performing teams and structures. His professional experiences across 4 countries (France, China, United Arab Emirates, and Canada) gave him the opportunity to learn from each culture and bring all together the best practices for success.
​
For the past 10 years, Mehdi collaborated successfully with Ferréol across Europe, Middle-East, and North America. Their shared values and vision of the expert consulting naturally led to the co-founding of ARENGY and its values: Excellence, Passion, Empowerment, and Integrity.

Mehdi brings to ARENGY a strong ability to manage and deliver complex Digital and Cybersecurity projects.
